Chai Ching Yi
Chai Ching Yi, also known as CY, is a highly experienced tertiary education lecturer with a passion for bringing positivity to those around her. She believes that everyone deserves to have hope for the future and has dedicated herself to raising awareness and contributing to the needs of people in her community of all ages. CY has recently collaborated with Fondation Rolf Schnyder on several community events, including the Digital Technologies Seniors Program, a webinar on “Staying Sane When Everything Seems Insane”, seminars on “Youth-Safe: Mental Health Awareness”, and “ChildSafe: A Seminar for Parents”.
Scott+Andrea
Scott has experience training seniors in the use of technology and has developed a program called DTSP based on his experiences helping his dad, his own family members and other seniors. He has gained patience and understanding towards seniors who may struggle with technology and is dedicated to helping them stay connected with loved ones and avoid isolation. He works with Andrea at Fondation Rolf Schnyder to make a positive impact on communities through their programs. Both Scott and Andrea are passionate about making a difference.
Su Sueh Ing
Sueh Ing is a highly experienced senior lecturer at Swinburne Sarawak, with over 20 years in tertiary education. She is passionate about inspiring young learners to be responsible citizens and successful in life, and has been involved in STEAM projects in schools in rural communities. Sueh Ing is committed to improving the quality of life for senior citizens through the Digital Technologies Seniors Program, which helps them stay connected with loved ones in the digital world.
Nicholas Lim Tun Yang
Nicholas Lim Tun Yang is currently in his final year of a degree in Software Development in the Bachelor of Computer Science program. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge and is excited to be able to communicate with older individuals. Nicholas believes that by sharing his knowledge of technology with elders, we can better connect and strengthen long-lost friendships and relationships.
Sarah Supahan
Sarah Han is a student studying International Business with a minor in Marketing and Management. She is passionate about volunteering and helping those in need. She is excited to be a part of the Digital Technologies Seniors Program, where she can help seniors understand and use modern technology to feel more connected to the digital world. Sarah enjoys helping others and hopes that they feel a sense of accomplishment when they learn new things.
Irvin Jamesson James
Irvin is a student at Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak Campus, majoring in Software Technology as part of the Bachelor of Information and Communication Technology (BICT) program. In his second year of study, he has gained valuable teamwork skills, including the ability to actively listen to others, which has allowed him to work effectively with team members. Irvin has been interested in computer systems since the age of 10 and has a wealth of knowledge to share with others when the opportunity arises.
Ng Ye Ding
My name is Ng Ye Ding and I am currently in my first year of a degree in Computer Science at Swinburne Sarawak. I am eager to teach seniors how to use technology in the future and am always seeking to learn more about getting along with others. I am a positive person and believe in the power of good vibes.
Too Ying Ying
Hello! My name is Ying Ying and I am one of the Swinburne Cyber Ambassadors. I am currently in my final year of studies at Swinburne University. As part of the DTSP program, I will be helping seniors learn how to use e-wallets and WhatsApp. I am excited to be a part of this team and to contribute to the community.
Cheryl Tan
Cheryl is a second-year degree student at Swinburne University and is a member of the Swinburne Cyber Ambassadors team. She has created a module on how to use online banking to make online transactions. Being a part of this team allows Cheryl to share her knowledge with others and fulfill her passion for teaching. She is grateful for the opportunity to learn from others as well.
Christina Bong
Hello, my name is Christina and I am currently a student at Swinburne Sarawak, studying for a degree in Management and Digital Media. After I graduate, I hope to continue participating in programs like the DTSP to inspire others to do the same. I am inspired by the people around me and strive to spread kindness and positivity to everyone I meet.
Jaclyn Lo
Jaclyn is a third-year degree student at Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak campus and a member of the Swinburne Cyber Ambassadors. She has created a module to help seniors learn how to use Google maps and search functions. Through this module, Jaclyn hopes that seniors will be able to access various internet resources on their own and fully enjoy the benefits of the digital age.
Andrew Sim Shi Wei
Hello everyone! My name is Andrew Sim Shi Wei, and I am one of the Swinburne Cyber Ambassadors. Currently, I am a second-year degree student, double major in Bachelor of Business (Accounting and Finance) in Swinburne. I am very happy and enthusiastic to share what I know and look forward to being able to communicate with all the aunts and uncles. I’d be happy and relieved to see them learn how to use modern apps.
Lo Siew Ting (Grace)
Hi everyone, you may call me Grace. I’m currently a student pursuing Foundation in Business. I would love to share my knowledge of technologies with our beloved elderlies so that they are able to connect with their loved ones. I am glad to be part of the team to bridge the digital gap in this meaningful community project.
Tan Chia Sin
Hello! My name is Tan Chia Sin and currently studying Foundation in Business in Swinburne Sarawak. I am passionate about bringing the elderly into the world of technology to prevent them from being left behind. I am very grateful for being given the chance to communicate and lend a hand to the elderly.
Phoebe Li Yun Qin
Hi all! I am Phoebe, currently a final-year student in Accounting and Finance. I am happy to be part of this project as this has provided me with a chance to contribute to society. I am more than willing to provide guidance to senior citizens on utilizing digital technology in their daily life.

I am Nicky Ho Zong Ze and now taking first year Bachelor of Accounting and Financing course. I will cooperate with my teammate and do my best while participating in the program.
Chai Chon Jii
CJ is a student at Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak studying accounting and finance. They have a passion for learning and personal development, which was sparked by their involvement in the Red Crescent Society in secondary school. CJ joined DTSP because they believe that elderly people should have their needs met by the community and not be left behind.
