The program was initiated by the Minister of Women, Family and Community Development, Sarawak, Datin Chai Oi Fah of Fondation Rolf Schnyder, and Professor Lau Hieng Ho of Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak. The inaugural coaching session, which focused on the topic of scams was attended by over 130 participants from the Sarawak Gerontology and Geriatric Society. The session was conducted online by Scott J Wong (all the way from Vancouver Washington, USA) and was very well received.
